Locally-made artisan sauerkraut and kombucha for everyone to enjoy at home, in restaurants, or for catering.

Our mission is to create delicious, locally hand-crafted food and drink and create new and exciting products in our area.

Now that we have perfected our fermentation process, we are selling our products at markets in our local town. We aim to bring natural, delicious, and creative offerings to our community and eventually to people beyond our area. When our demand is increased we will ensure that we maintain our high standards of quality and innovation.

Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut, a fermented cabbage that was enjoyed for millennia before, is making a comeback. We make classic food that has been beloved by young and old generations. My kids love simple sauerkraut. But we are also creating innovative varieties with ingredients and respecting tradition while also embracing creativity to delight both sauerkraut devotees and new admirers.

Kombucha

Kombucha cultivates a living, symbiotic culture to ferment tea into this effervescent beverage. My family has done this for many years, starting in 1960 in this own home. There are two fermentations: the first ferments tea, and the second ferments fruits or spices. This can create innovative flavours of what you want.
